You can choose a Sterling Silver, Gold Filled or 9 Carat Solid Gold chain and you can personalise your jewellery with a charm. Órsona offers bracelets, anklets, rings, necklaces and belly chains. Book in with your best friends, significant other, sibling or by yourself to create your unique, custom piece of jewellery.

Yes, this service is completely safe. All our permanent jewellers have completed specialist training to be able to offer this service. During the welding your skin will be covered by a piece of leather to protect your skin and the welding will only occur on the metal chain.

Yes, the minimum age for permanent jewellery is 10 year old. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult who assumes parental responsibility for permanent jewellery and our charm bar.

Gold filled jewellery is the perfect option if you would like a gold piece of jewellery for a lower price than our 9 carat gold chains. Gold filled jewellery consists of 5% solid gold that is mechanically bonded to the base metal. It has 100 times the gold content of gold plated jewellery so it is much more durable and long lasting.

You can book in for a group of up to 6 people for permanent jewellery or charm bar at our Edinburgh studio on our online booking system. If you would like to book in for a large group and have any questions please email hello@weareorsona.comYou are welcome to visit our shop on Dundas Street in larger groups without a booking to experience our charm bar or get permanent bracelets.

You can safely remove your jewellery with pliers or a sharp pair of scissors at the jump ring. We offer complimentary repairs for one year after getting your permanent jewellery. After one year there will be a £10 charge for any repairs. If you would like to come back to have your jewellery put back on you can book in for a complimentary repair. We have a detailed consultation about your piece of jewellery before it is made to ensure you are 100% happy with it prior to the weld. Therefore all sales are final and we do not accept returns.Each piece of jewellery is specifically tailored to the individual so it can not be changed or returned.

We have two locations in Edinburgh. Our shop on Dundas Street requires no bookings. You are welcome to visit us to experience our charm bar, get permanent bracelets or personalise your jewellery with an engraving. Our shop is open every day 10am-5pm. Our studio at Gilmore Park offers all the same services as our shop. The charm bar at the studio is a sit down, relaxed experience perfect for celebrations or groups. Please book in for the studio in advance. If we do not have bookings at the studio it is not always open. If you do not have a booking please visit our Dundas Street shop.
